Our mission

INSIEME advances Europe’s transition toward fully digitalised, decarbonised, and distributed infrastructures, through large-scale collaboration across the energy and data value chain. With a prominent consortium of more than 50 European partners, INSIEME pilots the remaining building blocks for full operationalisation of the Common European Data Space for Energy, bringing Europe’s energy data infrastructure from vision to reality. This is done through 15+ deployments across EU Member States.

INSIEME is the European flagship initiative launched under the EU’s Digital Europe Programme, in full alignment with key EU policy frameworks. Aligning with related initiatives ^{1 2 3 4 5} and various national data spaces that have been created, INSIEME connects and streamlines these partial solutions into a Common European Energy Data Space (CEEDS).
